October 17, 2018 Young Professionals Technical Tour   Frey Farm Landfill Tour Keystone SWANA held a YP Tour on October 17th at the LCSWMA Frey Farm Landfill. In addition to the landfill, attendees saw the construction of the metals recovery facility (which will separate ferrous and non-ferrous metal from LCSWMA's WTE ash), wind turbine project and vertical expansion construction.
